Due to the nature of Digital Products, they’re not eligible for returns. If you’re having an issue with your download please reach out to us for assistance and we will try to the best of our abilities!

Custom Designs

If you’ve browsed our website (or our Etsy) you’ll see the style of designs that we make. If you’re wanting a custom design made please reach out to us. If it’s a design that can be re-sold on our site then we will not charge you for our time to make the design. If the design is specifically tailored to you (names, family pictures etc.) there may be a charge from $5-$20 CAD depending on design. Customs are typically made and available for purchase with a turnaround time of 72 hours.

These items are not a licensed product. I do NOT SELL or claim ownership over the character chipset or graphics that I haven’t created myself. They belong to their respective owners. You are paying for the time spent designing and making this item. This digital version of this download is not available to be re sold once purchased. Must be sold as a finished product and not as a digital re sale. All copyrighted and trademarked characters and marks belong to their respective copyright and trademark holders.

All of our designs once purchased you’re given permission to sell them as a physical finished product. Meaning if you put the design on a T-Shirt, Hoodie, Mug, etc. however you craft, you’re able to sell it in your shop. Most images we have are protected. Once purchased our designs CANNOT be re-sold as a Digital Download.

A little bit about our work

All of our designs are drawn in studio, making good use of all the design programs we have. Some designs are able to be made into SVG’s but some that are too detailed, we keep either as a PNG only or we turn it into an SVG that’s a little less detailed. (ombre etc.) Each product will give you all of the details on it’s information as detailed as we can. Every design we make is tested in house either as a Vinyl Cut file, a DTF print or a sublimation print because quality is important to us. However, it is possible a mistake could slip through so if there’s an issue with your design please reach out and we will get it fixed as soon as possible. NOTHING on our site Sanity’s Digital Designs are physical products. You will NOT receive anything in the mail. If you’re looking for finished physical products, then you’re on the wrong site!
